States
With everything to gain and nothing to lose, the boys laid it all out there against the best in the state. The race began FAST, and our boys went for it like we asked them to. Pierce quickly moved into 3rd and never waivered, finishing 3rd for the highest ever finish by an Arkport athlete at states. Ibra was out quickly in about 8th through 1.5 miles. The pace was a little too hot and he began to fall off towards mile 2. Luckily, that's what teammates are for. Salim and Bibo through it into overdrive and the finishing order was Salim in 20th to secure a states medal, Ibra in 22nd and Bibo in 25th. Cam rounded out our scorers in a strong 48th (he was ranked about 70th going in). Dylan and Jacob both ran season bests and showed they have the potential to fill the shoes of Cameron next year. We discussed for weeks that if Tri-Valley would beat us, it would not be because we ran poorly. Simply put, they out ran us.
In the pre-state rankings, they were favored by 4 points (65-69). We ended up 2nd with 63 points while Tri-Valley dropped to an incredible 41 points for a dominate win that saw their top 4 in the top 18 and top 5 in the top 25. Our boys all out performed their rankings, and we knew it would be a tall order to claim a state title, but for now we are happy, not satisfied, with a runner up finish. If we qualify for state again next year, it may be a repeat race as both Tri Valley and ACAA only graduate 1 of their top 7 runners! Removing seniors, we have the 2nd (Pierce), 15th (Salim), 16th (Ibra), 18th (Bibo), 64th (Dylan) and 67th (Jacob) returners. Tri Valley returns 1st, 8th, 14th, 17th, 53rd and 59th.
In the merged results, Tri-Valley took 7th (unbelievable!) while we managed an excellent 15th (we were 25th two years ago). We thought we had an outside chance of sending one athlete to Feds, but a team seemed a bit too optimistic. Well - I never bet against our teams so I submitted the paperwork anyway. During our team dinner post race we once again got the call from Mike Demay that our team was selected as the last public school to qualify for Feds! The official list isn't out yet, but I would imagine we are 1 of 2 class D schools, and that only 1 class C school qualified. This means every other school is of B or higher classification, in other words an average of 150+ kids per graduating class. To say that sending a team is an honor is an understatement. My high school of 350+ per graduating class NEVER sent a team to Feds, and I know many high caliber teams that have never qualified. This is an extraordinary accomplishment, and we hope the team and community recognizes the hard work these kids put in year round to get to this point. Congratulations - we look forward to training for one more week to take on the best teams in NYS, and some nationally ranked powerhouses.

Sectionals
Girls: The girls executed to near perfection at their sectional meet, placing 4th out of 15 complete teams, and 29 total with 128 points. They ended up 23rd out of 49 complete teams in the merge, 74 teams total. Jenna paved the way to pick up her 3rd sectional patch placing 13th. We knew it would be a tall order for her to qualify for states individually, but she put herself in position and raced like a champion. Lizzy, NV, Chloe and Claire had excellent performances to place 25th, 35th, 36th, and 39th. Emma and Yasmin rounded out the top 7 with 89th and 94th overall. Looking at the team results, we were hoping if things went our way we could finish 4th. The girls ended up beating out Oakfield and Geneseo, ranked 12th and 14th in NYS Class D, losing only to Addison, HAC and Honeoye (4th, 9th and 10th in NYS). This is the highest the girls team has placed since 2014 and was a much better performance than our 5th place finish last year. Looking towards next year, the girls only graduate one senior and will return Mackenzie Flaitz into the lineup. With continuous training, and the addition of some potential new XC runners next Fall, this team has a legitimate chance to take a shot at the sectional title. We are so proud of how all of the girls competed - the future is bright!

Boys: The boys entered the race as a slight favorite over Oakfield-Alabama and end up running away with it, winning 36 to 70 over OA. The boys went out conservatively and played catch up for much of the race. By mile 2 it looked like we would take the win, but they continued to pour it on in that last mile. Pierce took the individual win - potentially the first in school history. Ibra had a standout race finishing 3rd overall. Bibo and Salim took 7th and 9th to each earn an individual sectional patch and Cam rounded out the top 5 finishing 19th. The improvement from everyone was incredible from last year - Cam moved up almost 40 spots, Bibo went from 41st to 7th, Salim moved up from 15th and Pierce went from 2nd to first. Jacob and Dylan rounded out the top 7 finishing 72nd and 79th in season best times.
In the Section V merge, the boys were 8th overall behind 5 class A schools and 2 Class B schools, all of which are ranked in NYS. The in the last 3 years, the boys have picked up 3 sectional titles and a combined 11 individual sectional patches. Excellent job!

Modified and Varsity Counties (Canisteo and GV)
Modified: Both modified teams concluded their seasons at Canisteo on Wednesday with excellent performances. The girls were once again led by Zoe and her 3rd place finish, followed closely by Ellasyn in 4th. Carly was recognized for finishing top 7 as Carmen, Kyla and Lily placed 19th, 20th and 21st to round out the crew. All of the girls ran great races despite the mud and a pretty challenging hill on a new course for us. The boys were led by Tucker in 4th, Ronan in 7th, Drew in 12th, Josh in 13th and Alex in 19th. We had 2 key runners missing in Noah and Slite, but the rest of the boys battled and would have won if they scored as a team (I don't know if anyone else had a complete team?). Our mod results give us coaches a LOT of hope for the future of Ark-Can XC between the number of runners and the talent of this young squad. Great work everyone!
Varsity Girls: The varsity girls got a little excited in the first mile and we were actually leading the race in team scoring with 2nd, 5th, 6th, 8th and 9th. The Addison girls seemed to have taken the race out at a relaxed pace and they cruised to a controlled win. Our girls battled back with a huge comeback race from Chloe and another big leap forward from Lizzy. Individually, Jenna, Lizzy and Chloe placed in the top 10 to get all county honors. They may end up finishing as Steuben County all stars if next week goes well! The team took 2nd by 21 points to what is turning out to be an excellent Addison squad that is currently (under)ranked at 9th in the state. Yasmin, Emma, Grace, and Alivia were all within 45 seconds of each other which was a huge personal best from Alivia. Emma managed to out lean Grace at the line to round out the top 7. Nema rounded out the squad with another great race to what has been an incredible season for her. The girls will look to close the gap on Addison next week as they enter sectionals ranked 6th behind Honeoye, Addison, HAC, Oakfield and Geneseo. More on that later!
Edit: The girls final numbers are in and they ended the season 12-2. This makes them 20-2 in the last two seasons and (update to come with 2019).
Varsity Boys: The boys executed to perfection as Salim took the race from the gun while our 2-5 runners (Pierce, Bibo, Ibra and Cam) stuck like glue to the top non AC runner in the race for just under 2 miles. Salim cruised it in to a win and his top speed rating of the year which is a big confidence booster going into next week. Pierce, Bibo, Ibra and Cam completed the 1-5 sweep to win the race with 15 points. Dylan, Jacob and Johnny battled down the homestretch for the opportunity to make it into the top 7. Ultimately, Dylan and Jacob had a strong enough finish to land them on our sectional roster. Rayhan, Patrick and Stu had great races to close out what has been a break through season for all of them. The boys will face the #3 ranked Oakfield Alabama team in what is shaping up to look like a duel meet between us and them. More on that to come!
Edit: The final scores are in and the boys ended the season 14-0. This makes them 22-0 in the last 2 seasons (update on 2019 to come)

County Preview
Boys: The county outlook is very favorable for the boys as they are ranked 1st-5th individually, plus Johnny, Jacob and Dylan in 14th, 17th and 18th. I compiled all the speed ratings I could find from anyone in our county and it projects us winning with a perfect score of 15 points. Of course, anything can happen on the day which is why we show up! The boys have their marching orders to try to sweep while Johnny, Jacob, Dylan, Rayhan, Pat, Stu, and Morgan battle it out for a the last 2 sectional positions. If Johnny, Jacob and Dylan have a great run they may be competing for a top 10 finish which could land them in the county all star rankings.
Girls: The girls race has the potential to be the show of the day. They are ranked 2nd to Addison and slightly ahead of a strong JT team. Jenna enters ranked tied for 2nd behind Faith. NV, Lizzy, Claire and Chloe are ranked 8th, 9th, 11th and 14th individually. The top 10 finishers get awards, and the compression is reasonable between 5th and 14th. Addison is favored 24 to 40, but with a potential 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th finish looming the scores would be 26-36. Needless to say, the girls will find themselves in a tight race with Addison if the 2-5 pack can work well together. Yasmin, Grace, Emma, Alivia and Nema enter as our 6th-10th runners. Each of them will be looking to make the sectional roster. As of now, the only runner of that group that is locked in is Yasmin, so it will be a dog fight for the 7th position.

League Meet @ Campbell
Both teams competed well last week against Addison and Campbell at the new Campbell course. The course featured a lot of pavement so most of the kids ran in trainers to avoid injury. We made it out in one piece with the girls winning over Campbell but losing to Addison - their record is now 9-2. The boys were missing Cam and Pierce but ran very well (and for Salim and Ibra a bit longer than 5k) to continue their win streak. They are now 11-0 on the season and undefeated in their last 17 consecutive league meets.
Chloe had a nice come back race after missing some time, as well as Emma. Yasmin had a fantastic day but ran an extra loop so her overall time was not reflective of an incredible effort. Rayhan and Morgan continued to impress as they both notched a 1 minute personal best! Bibo picked up his first league meet win to lead the sweep of him, Ibra and Salim. Tucker, Ronan and Drew were all within 60 seconds of each other - a solid compression considering Slite and Alex were out. Damien continues to improve every race as he finished 15th out of 21 runners. On the girls side it was the first time for Carly leading the AC squad, followed closely by Zoey and Ellasyn. Carmen and Kyla were bouncing back from an excellent effort at the 24 hour relay while Lily ran a great race after some unplanned time off. Great job everyone! Our last home meet /league meet is supposed to be tomorrow if we don't get rained out.

Alden Invite
All of the kids represented well at the Alden invite this afternoon. The day started off with another strong showing from the mod boys and girls. Tucker led the charge and was within 2 min of Salim's 8th grade time, followed by Ronan, Drew, Noah, Alex, Josh and Damien. The boys are dropping time every meet, and we are looking forward to a very strong performance at the county meet in a little under 3 weeks! Zoe, Ellasyn, Carly, Lily and Kyla represented nicely in the girls race. Ellasyn led the way for the first 1.5 miles until Zoe took control and helped pull our top 3 along to a nice time that places them 2nd, 3rd and 4th on our all time list for the course (only behind Emma). Lily and Kyla managed to meet up around 1 mile and work together towards the finish to run their best mile pace for the season.
The JV races featured another big PR for Nema and Alivia, and great racing from Rayhan and Stu followed by a big personal best from Morgan (just off of his goal to break 30 minutes). Alivia went under 30 minutes for the first time and was our 7th girl overall for the day.
The varsity boys ran next and they were given marching orders to put up a fight against Southwestern and Alden (ranked 2nd and 3rd in NYS for Class C). They fought hard, and after a savvy first mile they put themselves in position to win. Pierce was in no man's land for most of the race between Kyle Urban of Alden and Brody Jones of Pioneer. He finished in an excellent 16:16, good for a 170 speed rating and a school record for the course. Ibra, Bibo and Salim battled with Alden's 2nd runner down the home stretch to finish 14th, 15th and 17th overall - each of them running faster than our 2nd runner from 2 years ago (Dominick in 17:44). Cam had an off day from his monster performance at McQuaid, and it looked like Southwestern and Alden both had above average days which saw our boys finish with 81 points, Alden at 77 and Southwestern at 73. Johnny ran a big PR, as well as Jacob, to firmly show they are currently fighting to stay in the top 7. Patrick rounded out the top 8 with a very nice 23:57 and a PR for a full 5k!
The girls finished out the day and they were without their 3rd and 5th runners from McQuaid in Lizzy and Chloe. Jenna, NV, Claire, Yasmin, and Grace picked up the slack and ran tough. Jenna finished within 5 seconds of her time from 2 years ago, NV ran a 40 second PR, Claire ran a lifetime best for the 5k, Yasmin and Grace ran PRs for the 5k and Emma rounded out the top 6 with a very solid performance. Team wise, we took a noticeable hit without Chloe and Lizzy. The good news is, everyone else stepped up and ended up having a very nice day! Our next actual race will be a league meet a week from Tuesday.
Duel vs. GV and AP
The teams continued their winning ways on Tuesday as the girls and boys both swept and moved to 8-1 for the girls and 9-0 for the boys. The highlight of the meet was a 37 second compression 1-5 for the mod boys, even without Slite. The modified girls continue to improve as Carmen and Lily both dropped nearly 3 minutes from the last time we raced our home course. Congratulations everyone!

Sunday, October 3rd
McQuaid Invite
First a quick recap from the league meet at Hornell. The boys swept, pushing their record to 7-0 followed by the girls losing to Addison (their first loss of the season) putting them at 6-1. Rayhan and Nema both ran excellent races, as well as Grace on the modified side.
McQuaid Invite - Mod
The boys and girls did a great job out on the new version of the course! On the girls side Grace ran the 10th fastest time in AC history, followed closely by Zoey and Carly. Ellasyn bounced back from a few days off while Carmen, Lily and Kyla all destroyed their fastest paces for a race this year! Grace finished in the top 75 and took home a ribbon while Zoey finished 85th. On the boys side, Tucker cracked the top 100 (99th) while Slite finished a close 36 seconds behind him. Drew threw down a great race, followed by stellar efforts from Alex and Josh. We welcomed Ronan back into the mix after 2 weeks away and he is moving back in the right direction. Damien has a massive increase from Tuesday's race, dropping from 13 min/mile to 9:39 min/mile! It was an excellent effort from all out mod racers!
McQuaid Invite - Girls
Team wise, the girls took 5th out of section V competition, 8th out of 32 in the race, and 66th of 125 complete teams overall. 2 years ago the girls were 123rd of 145 complete teams and 14th of 20 teams in their race. We were very pleased with the team result as the girls beat out Geneseo and Red Creek (2nd and 4th at sectionals last year). Addison and HAC reloaded very well and moved in front of us, while Honeoye and Oakfield still remain ahead. We have plenty of room for improvement over the next 5 weeks. Individually, Jenna placed 20th and was the 9th Section V class D finisher. NV (29th in V) ran a massive personal best on the course (2:20 faster than 2019) followed by a big PR from Lizzy (34th in V), Claire (45th in V) and Chloe (50th in V). The 2-5 spread was 1:13 seconds, if that closes to 40 seconds the team it puts the team within striking distance of Addison, Oakfield and HAC. Yasmin and Alivia rounded out the top 7 (although Alivia was in a different race) running a personal best for the course for Yasmin. It was Alivia's first race, but she made it passed the cut off time. Great job girls!
McQuaid Invite - Boys
The boys race had a thrilling result as it looked like they ran well enough to place second. After getting the final results, it turns out they won over Tri-Valley by 3 points! It was a very close race and every spot counted greatly. Looking at the results, it looks like Tri-Valley was missing their usual 5th runner. Pierce managed to place 3rd overall, the highest by anyone ever from Arkport and set a new school record for the course of 15:54! Salim came in next, 21st in the race (6th in V) with a time of 17:20 which lands him at 10th for our all time list. Ibra (26th, 8th in V), Bibo (37th, 11th in V) and Cam (40th, 14th in V) rounded out the scoring V in a very nice compression of 30.7 seconds of 2-5. If we continue the compression and move up that pack about 20-30 seconds, this team will be a real threat come November. The boys managed to beat out Oakfield, but in a smaller race they would have been hot on their heels.
Dylan, Jacob and Johnny came in close together in 21:19, 21:21 and 21:24 making it a dog fight for the 6, 7 and 8 position on the team. Pat finished it out well in a strong 24:23. Rayhan had a massive personal best, cutting nearly 3 minutes off of his time from East Aurora. Stu and Morgan had excellent races running 24:21 and 30:29. Morgan was racing the clock and managed to make it through the 2 mile cut off! Excellent job everyone!

East Aurora Invite
This weekend we ran at a new meet for us - the East Aurora Invitational. It was a speedy 3 mile course that saw some personal bests by a majority of our racers. On the modified side, Tucker led the way yet again with an excellent 28th place finish and a nice time that will set him up to crack our top 10 list at McQuaid. He was followed by Slite 44 seconds back in 48th, Alex in 91st and Noah in 93rd. With Josh, Ronan and Damien joining them this weekend at McQuaid it should be the best team showing we have had for modified boys... ever?
For the mod girls, Zoe, Ellasyn and Carly continued their excellent pack running finishing 43rd, 49th and 52nd with a spread of 15 seconds. Carmen was about 2:45 back, followed by Kyla and Lily rounding out the squad and averaging under 12 min per mile! Adding Grace into the mix at McQuaid and we should have a very strong showing from our modified girls!
On the boys side we sat our 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 runners while the girls rested their 1, 3-5 runners. Ibra and Lizzy stole the show placing 10th and 51st in huge personal bests. Their speed ratings put Ibra in top 10 and Lizzy in top 25 contention for sectionals. Yasmin, Nema, Emma, Stu, Johnny, Pat and Rayhan all ran excellent races that saw each person finish in a PR or establish a new 3 mile best time. Great job to everyone that raced! We are back in action tomorrow against Addison at Hornell.

Long Overdue - All Steuben County @ Hornell
For my triple post of the day, the team did an excellent job this Tuesday at Hornell against the rest of the Steuben County teams. The mods ran first and had an excellent showing. Tucker, Slite and Noah ran for the boys and were the 4th, 6th and 7th fastest mods we have had on the course since I started tracking it in 2017. For the girls, Grace, Ellasyn, Zoe and Carly were 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th on our all time list among mod greats like Sophia Bill and Kelsey Changose. I am looking forward to seeing what they can do with even more competition at East Aurora and McQuaid!
For the boys, Pierce led the way following a workout before the race for our top 4. He continued with his workout in the race and broke Jeremiah's course record. Salim, Ibra and Bibo ran the 7th, 8th and 9th fastest times on the course and placed 3rd, 4th and 5th. Cam was missing, but adding him into the mix makes it seem like a 1-5 sweep at the county meet might be possible. Dylan dropped another 30 seconds off of his last race, Johnny ran a strong workout and Rayhan managed a near 3 minute personal best. The boys emerge 5-0 after this race.
On the girls side, Jenna, Chloe, Claire and NV did a workout before the race and were told to tempo the race with Addison. They stuck to the game plan for the most part, but NV and Lizzy got excited and took the race out. In unexpected fashion they held on to the lead... all the way through the finish! Lizzy placed 1st overall with a 2 minute and 20 second PR, NV placed 2nd with her 2nd fastest time ever, Jenna took 3rd, and Claire and Chloe rounded out the top 5. The 1-5 spread was 40 seconds, a compression I have NEVER seen at Arkport for either squad. This team is going to surprise some people by the end of the season! Yasmin and Emma turned in great races, with Emma running a 3 minute personal best and going under 30 for the first time (28:14). Nema sliced 2 minutes off of her last race at Hornell as well!
Tomorrow the teams take to the 3 mile course at East Aurora. 4 of our top 5 boys and 4 of our top 5 girls are not racing, so for the first time this season we will have a new 1st place boy. Ibra and Lizzy look to pave the way and gain some experience racing in a larger invite, while the rest of the pack looks to make their way into the top 7 for their first time! It should be a fantastic race for mod and varsity, and our first look at some section V class D competition that will also be competing.

Long Overdue - McDaniel Baxter Invite (Pre-State)
Both the top 7 boys and girls competed at Chenango Valley State park last Saturday and did an excellent job, despite the heat. The boys raced first and finished 3rd in their race, 13th in the merge of 66 teams and 2nd of all Class D teams. The good news is, they beat Beaver River quite handily head to head, but a new team has emerged that moved down from Class C - Tri Valley. They finished 8th in the merge and have put themselves as the front runner for NYS Class D teams. With a big target on their back, and 8 of the top 10 ranked teams in Class D + Oakfield in the small school varsity race at McQuaid, it should be a nice preview of the end of the season. Individually, Pierce was 2nd to NXN qualifier Colton Kempney and 8th overall. Salim, Ibra and Bibo packed it up quite well to finish within 19 seconds of each other and in the top 25 of the race. Cam was with them for 2 miles but those hills in the last 1.1 were crushing. Dylan and Johnny both bounced back after a tough race at home the previous Tuesday.
In the girls race, they placed 11th of 12 in a very loaded field. In the merged results they were 35th out of 47 complete teams, and finished within arms reach of Geneseo (last years Section V Class D runner up). Addison had an excellent showing, finishing 178 points ahead in the merged results for 29th. The girls race had a real feel of almost 84, and it showed for the entire field which was won in a time almost 40 seconds slower than earlier races. Jenna led the charge, followed by a tight bunch of Chloe, NV and Claire. Lizzy ran her debut race and hung tough through 2 miles and lost some distance over the last 1.1. Emma and Yasmin ran well in their first bigger invite of the year and rounded out the top 7. The future of the season looks very bright - they will see reigning champs Honeoye, Addison, Geneseo, Oakfield and Red Creek at McQuaid in just over a week. It should be their first real look at what sectionals may turn out like.

Long Overdue - Home Meet
Well the school year has officially caught up with me already! I always find myself wanting to update the webpage, but I never have the time to do it! The silver lining of the day is I have some spare minutes as my basement flooded and I am bailing/pumping out water.
Our first home meet was against Cuba and Hammondsport. Neither of them had complete teams, so both teams move to 4-0. The course was a bit short (2.7 miles) and it was led by Salim and Ibra for the boys, and Jenna and NV for the girls. Unfortunately we couldn't compare times with years passed because a tree fell across the creek and we had to cut out that portion of the course. The mods packed up and then hammered the 2nd loop (1.35 miles total) led by Tucker, Ronan and Slite for the boys and Zoe, Carly and Ellasyn for the girls.
You can find the full results under the "results" tab up above.

Dash in the Dark
Last night we had our first invite out at Oakfield Alabama. It was a very well run meet, and the kids had an amazing time in the unique environment! The girls races were highlighted by Jenna placing in the D2 individuals, the girls team of NV, Chloe and Jenna took 6th and we have some excellent relay splits and personal bests! On the boys side, the A team managed to finish 4th overall, 1st in D2 with Braydon and Pierce getting medals for placing top 10 in D2 splits. Excellent efforts by Cam, Ibra, Salim and Johnny landed us ahead of Oakfield and only behind Brighton and McDowell from PA (about 2500 kids in their high school). With that tune up in mind, we are looking forward to returning next year and our next invite a week from today at Chenango Valley State Park. The race will feature Corning and Fayetteville Manlius - two national powerhouses for distance running. The boys will be gunning after Beaver River while the girls look to put their nose in things and mix it up with some of the best all time cross country teams in FM.
Individually, the race features Colton Kempney of Beaver River - NXN qualifier and 2 time runner up at states. On the girls side, FM and Corning have had some spectacular individuals over the last 2 years - look for them to lead the race.
Great job to everyone last night! All times will be posted under the "results" tab.

League Meet 1
Both boys and girls won over AP, GV and Hornell last night in Hornell. I will post the times this weekend in a new spreadsheet for the season. Both teams start out at 3-0. The girls were led by Jenna, Chloe, NyVeah, Claire, and Yasmin. Yasmin and NV dropped a lot of time from last year when they raced Hornell. Emma dropped 7 minutes and Nema and Halley both finished their first races! On the boys side, Pierce, Braydon, Salim, Ibra and Cameron went 1-5. Dylan and Stu had nice efforts to close it out. For the mods, we were very impressed that almost no one had to walk! Ronan took 1st, followed by Tucker in 4th and Parker in 7th. Ellasyn, Zoey and Carly took 2nd, 3rd and 5th!
Tomorrow is the dash. I will have the updates from that race and last nights time this weekend.

Duel vs. GV and AP
Meet number one is tomorrow and it has been relocated to North Hornell. The new start time is 5:30pm. We have not been told race order, but typically it is modified and then varsity. There is a chance they run both together as many modified athletes from the other teams do not have enough practices to participate. Sorry for any confusion on the schedule - it has been giving me a hard time for some reason! It should be updated/good to go. I will continue to update it as bus times are released. Please make sure you bring your uniform, spikes, water and any other clothes you may need. It should be a great day!

Summer Training
It is that time of the year where we begin thinking about cross country and embark on summer training. For everyone on the team, the earliest I would want you to start is July 5th, especially if you did track! You need time to recover. Below is the attachment for the document with the summer training on it. Make sure you ask questions about it! It is pretty similar to last summer because a lot of people didn't get a chance to do it! The training groups (based on school colors) start from Teal for newer or younger athletes, White for our veterans and Black for those that can handle a little more volume of running. If you want to move up or down a group, ASK US please! Our summer training tiers are once again in play if you track all of your activities via Strava or a paper log. The Strava group we have access to is A-C Wolves Track XC. Join it please if you plan on using Strava!
Unofficial captain's practices will begin on July 5th at 5pm at the Arkport Village Park. These will be every Monday through Friday from about 5 to 6:30pm. The more you can make it to, the better your season will be!
